I really like how many subs and toppings they have here. I’m never stuck ordering the same thing every time, which is nice. I’m curious if other people have a go-to combo, because I feel like there are so many good choices to try.

The bread was fine, but I noticed the same kind of issue I’ve run into before when a sub isn’t super fresh, the lettuce had that old taste, and the tomatoes were mushy. It just didn’t match the fresh, crisp sub I was expecting this time.

The food was okay, nothing bad at all, but the store did not feel as clean as I would have liked when I stopped in. There were crumbs on some of the tables, and the floor looked like it needed a quick sweep. It was not terrible or anything, just kind of average overall. I would still go back, but I do hope they stay on top of the cleaning a little more

I ordered lunch from DiBella's and it went better than I expected. Everything came exactly how I picked it, the sandwich labels were right, no toppings were missing, and all the drinks showed up too. I know that sounds like the bare minimum, but it really does matter when youre ordering for lunch. I was happy with the whole thing.

I reached out through the website not really expecting much, but customer service got back to me the same day, apologized, and made it right without any hassle. It was super easy, and I really appreciated how they handled it.

I’m grateful for how easy it is to customize my sub. I can switch up pretty much everything, extra meat, toppings, bread, all of it. It makes ordering so much easier, especially for picky eaters. I’ve never had any issues with it, which I really appreciate.
